Return Policy

We do accept returns within 15 days, but the product cannot be used and must still be able to ship in its original package in order to receive a refund. Once we receive the package, our team will examine the product to verify its condition, then process the refund less shipping and restocking fees. Depending on your shipping address, these fees are typically between $250-$300. 

If you purchased your product as part of a bundle, any discounts received as part of that purchase will also be deducted.

We know it can be challenging to select a size based on online assessments, but we encourage all customers to measure their gear before purchase to ensure your gear fits when the Quad arrives. We can exchange products, but shipping and restocking fees still apply to the original.
